Hotel was in an excellent location just on the edge of the old town, 5 minutes walk to shopping, bars and places to eat. Room was very warm and comfortable. The bathroom was modern and clean. We had use of the spa facilities included in our price which we used on one occasion- this was use of the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and small pool - we enjoyed this, was lovely after a day walking outside in the freezing cold! Bathrobes are supplied. We didn’t have any treatments, so can’t comment on that aspect. Breakfast was excellent with a very varied selection to suit all nationalities, plenty of hot and cold choices. All the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, Inga in particular ensuring we had a fast smooth check in - thank you for that! 😊 Overall if we came to Riga again we would definitely stay here again. We got the bus from the airport to the hotel, for 4 of us it was 6 euros- the hotel was a 5/10 min walk away - going back the hotel booked us a taxi which cost £25 euros for a minibus for 4. From airport to hotel is around 25/30 mins away. We were there for the Xmas market which was busy and compact but very jolly and exactly what we hoped it would be! Would definitely recommend Riga and the hotel as a weekend away 😊

We have had a lovely 5 night staying one of the 8th floor rooms which had a fabulous view. Right from the start our experience was positive. The reception area was so clean and had the most beautiful smell. The staff were all very friendly and we relieved a warm welcome. The room was also very clean and spacious. There were lovely views from our window. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The spa was lovely and warm, we attended every day of our stay, in the evening it was loud with children and not so relaxing however the afternoon slots were much quieter and very relaxing, a lovely mid day warm up with exploring either side. The breakfast was fabulous, they even had a separate gluten free table which I was very excited about! There were loads of choices including hot and cold options. Every member of staff we encountered were friendly, welcoming and helpful. We had a really lovely stay and wouldn't stay anywhere else in Riga after having such a great experience.

Excellent location, remarkably central and outside the airport bus stop (bus 22, €1.8). Staff were polite and helpful. We had a superior room with lots of windows but the view was rather sad (nothing the hotel could do about). Room was very clean, comfortable well kitted and spacious. Issues: light at entrance was broken (took two days to fix), card reader was falling apart... Felt a bit not looked after. Also the single beds were extremely small. Finally, the shower temperature wasn't very hot late in the night. Breakfast was really good but some more vegetarian options (eg vegetarian sausages) would be better. Really good though. Spa wasn't included but really good. Small and intimate but kids weren't allowed which was great. Best to avoid the weekend

Convenient location, close to the main station. Room was comfortable, with all necessities. I liked care for the sustainability, aka refillable bottles of soap and shampoo; opportunity to skip cleaning if not needed; water cooler on the floor. Breakfast was amazing! Variety is wide, from hearty food to desserts. Spa was nice and clean, but be aware that it is really small and there’s no pool in there, and make sure to reserve via internet in advance. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel’s location is very convenient—right across the street from a Bus 22 stop (which connects to the airport) and next to a large shopping centre, as well as being right on the edge of the historic city centre. Aside from taking the bus to and from the airport, we walked everywhere. Our room was clean and comfortable, and with the windows closed, it was quiet (though with the windows open, you will hear some traffic noise). The breakfast was excellent—plentiful and diverse.
